Use the Business Intelligence options to view detailed information about orders.

These reports provide both onscreen results (typically represented in tables or charts) and the option of exporting in standard file formats such as comma-separated values, Excel Classic, and XML.

The reports that are available under Business Intelligence are as follows:

  • Sales Trends: Shows sales trends in dollar amounts. The results include gross sales and net revenue. (To switch over to viewing unit amounts for the time frame that you have already selected, click View Units Trends.)
  • Units Trends: Shows sales trends in unit amounts. The results include gross units and net units. (To switch over to viewing dollar amounts for the time frame that you have already selected, click View Sales Trends.)
  • Payment Details: Shows upcoming payments or payments that you have previously received from MyCommerce. The results include the products sold in that payment cycle, as well as non-product items such as transfers. Columns of data include: gross sales, discount, net sales, fees, affiliate share, payee share, DR share, and net revenue.
  • Product Sales: Shows product sales. The results include gross sales, gross orders, and net revenue.
  • Affiliate Sales: Shows sales completed by your affiliates. The results include gross sales, affiliate share, gross orders, and net revenue.
  • Sales by Country: Shows sales based on the customers' countries. The results include gross sales and gross units.
  • Sales by Payment Method: Shows sales based on the customers' payment methods. The results include gross sales and gross units.
  • Reporting Dashboard: The functionality is similar to the Business Navigator (see below), but with a few extra convenience features that may make it the better option for some users. The additional features in the Reporting Dashboard include:
    • Charts showing reports results.
    • The ability to "drill down" into reports results for more information about individual items.
    • More frequent data updates when compared to the other report, so the results include more recent activity.
