Use the Statistics options to view orders and traffic aggregated by different attributes of an order.

These reports provide both onscreen results and the option of exporting to a file as comma separated values or XML.

The reports that are available under Statistics are as follows:

  • Countries: Shows the customer's country and the number of completed (purchased) products.
  • HTTP Referrers: Shows URLs that were used to reach your store, and the number of completed purchases.
  • Offers: Shows offers (such as coupons) that were used in your store, and the number of completed purchases.
  • Order Referrers: Shows affiliates that directed traffic to your store. See also Order Referrers Report and Products Report below.
  • Platforms: Shows the customer's platform, such as Windows 7.
  • Products: Shows products that were added to the cart. See also Order Referrers Report and Products Report below.
  • Web Browsers: Shows the web browsers that were used to access your store.

Order Referrers Report and Products Report

The Order Referrers Report and the Products Report are broken down into the status that the order ended with. The columns and their meanings are as follows:

  • Selected: This is a visit/hit to the first page of the order.
  • Billing Page Hits: The customer ended the order on the Billing page.
  • Confirmation Page Hits: The customer ended the order on the Confirmation page.
  • Failed Products: The order failed.
  • Completed Page Hits: The order was completed.
  • Refunds: The order was refunded.
  • Chargebacks: The order was charged back.
